1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Return is applicable only for eligible products

🚫 Non-returnable items include:

  • Products purchased during sales or clearance

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as non-returnable

2. Return Process

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or video (in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

📦 Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item sent by GK Outfits.

3. Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited only to the original online payment method used at checkout.

⚠️ We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues or defective products, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the item and outer packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
